Hands On Class

650 pesos for fish or shrimp: + 50 pesos
Please allow 2-3 hours for each class; including time to enjoy your preparation. Class begins at 2pm.

Market Tour

750 pesos for fish or shrimp: + 50 pesos
Please allow 4 hours for the Market Tour plus cooking class. Market Tour Classes begin either at 10am or 11am.

Students stay and enjoy their freshly prepared meals. Beverages are available at an additional cost to the class. Advance registration is required in order to ensure your attendance and sufficient space.
Troncones Cooking School accepts payment in cash. Gratuity is appreciated!!
We would be happy to arrange a Custom Class for a minimum of 6 people. An advance deposit is required.
Cancellation Policy:
48 hours advance notice for cancelling a class is required and appreciated. We purchase all ingredients for most classes the morning of...and sometimes the day before. Best if you can find someone to take your place!
